I am under the impression that technology has ruined music as we know it . The first impact most will notice is the decline of cd sales in a whole . With the number of pirated cds on the market your cd may go platinum in the streets without you ever seeing a dime of the profits but we all know about this way so lets move . Secondly will have to be the impact of the record labels once before labels would use artist development this to many labels have completely went away . And now the method of grabbing artist has completely changed therefore the quality of the product has suffered . Technology in the studio has also made music suffer Items like autotuned has made real singers come few and far between . Going to some live shows is a bad joke with missed notes and poor singing to be honest . So did technology ruin music I say yes but we all have our opinions don’t we ?The fact is that those who say something about this often get confused with haters but those of us who know what real singing sounds like disagree . Don’t blame me because I know what a note should sound like when I hear it live .
